Greetings Lord of the Rings fans!  A new movie is heading your way from the Tolkien universe called The Hobbit.  As you avid LOTR readers know, The Hobbit takes place before the Lord of the Rings series with Bilbo Baggins as the main character.  For those of you who have not read The Hobbit, I suggest you stop reading now and go pick up a copy at your local bookstore!

The director is Guillermo Del Toro who had directed Pan’s Labyrinth and I have full confidence that he will make this movie well worth it for the fans!  If I had to select a director to turn my own story into a movie, it would Del Toro or J.J. Abrams.
