What better way to celebrate 9-9-9 (or really 9-9-09) than seeing a movie called “9″? And, I am sure some individual(s) or another are/is preaching the end of the world with this triple nine date (and if you turn it upside down it’s triple sixes… but that’s just oddball logic). The film fits the bill with its post-apocalyptic setting with mankind gone and machines taking over. Steampunk meets Stitchpunks!
Even Ray Kurzweil (author of Singularity) gives an intro to this animated film [Link], Elijah Wood on the cast and Tim Burton on the directing/producing side (and Shane Acker will be getting a shot at the director spotlight). What could go wrong? Check it out and leave your feedback!
